Alicia Kaye and Taylor Reid finish in Top Five during Ironman 70.3 Pucón. Pucón boasts one of the hardest and hilliest run courses in the book and both Taylor and Alicia put together an extremely impressive performance. Great way to start the season!

Alicia Kaye: Women’s 2^nd

It was a competitive start with a neck-and-neck swim leg, Alicia right in the mix. Alicia took the lead on the bike with the fastest bike split of 2:29 over 90km. She continued to battle through the final leg of the triathlon, but was overtaken by Olympian and defending Pucón champion, Barbara Rivero. Congratulations on your 2^nd place victory, Alicia!

Taylor Reid: Men’s 5^th

Taylor started the race in high contention  in swim, followed with a 2:11 bike split over 90k. He got off the bike in 5^th and ultimately held onto that position for the running leg. Congratulations on your top five position, Taylor!
